Bergen, Norway – 13th June 2021: M Vest Water (MVW) and NOS Chemicals (NOSC) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the intention to distribute MVW products through NOSC established network of clients, as well as new clients.

M Vest Water AS (the “Company”) was notified on 25 June 2021 that Fearnley Securities AS had exercised its greenshoe option for a total of 1,200,000 new shares. The new shares will be issued at a subscription price of NOK 12.50 per share, equal to the subscription price in the private placement carried out in advance of the listing on Euronext Growth Oslo.
